Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS)
A deferred payments scheme (DPS) is provided to help people who have been evaluated as having to pay for their own residential care and they are not able to pay because their source of income is linked with property or land.
DPS is a method with the council whereby a ‘legal charge’ is placed on your property to protect its interests.
The advantage of DPS is the price at a 10% discount.
This payment scheme provides
- Option : 5%
- Exercise: 15% within two weeks from the OTP date
- Sales completion: 80% within 1 year / 2 years from the exercise date
- Vacant possession: upon sales completion
Reservation Scheme (RS)
In this Reservation scheme, the price provides at 12% discounts
- Option : 10%
- Exercise: 10% max 6 months from the OTP date
- Sales completion: 80% within 8 weeks from the exercise date
- Vacant possession: upon sales completion
